Currency:

All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Eligibility to Purchase:

The purchase of products from Mardle is limited only to parties who can enter into and form contracts in accordance to New Zealand law.  You must provide your real name, phone number, email address, and other requested information.  When providing payment details, you must warrant that the payment details provided are yours and are both valid and correct. Mardle is only available to customers who meet our terms of eligibility. Purchases made are for personal use only and must not be used for commercial benefit without express permission from Mardle.

Payments:

Payments are by DirectDebit (NZ clients only) or Paypal (International clients). Payment instructions will be sent with your order confirmation email.

If paying by Paypal/Credit Card within Paypal, the card/account must be yours.  All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer (ie.Visa).  If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment, Mardle will not be held responsible for any non-delivery. If a Paypal payment is cancelled by the account holder, Mardle will not be held responsible for any non-delivery.

NB: You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal just your Credit card! Visit www.paypal.com for more information.

Product will be despatched once full payment is recieved.

Deliveries:

New Zealand Delivery: a flat fee of $10 per order if you're based in New Zealand. Delivery estimate: 1-3 working days from date of despatch.

Australia/South Pacific Delivery: a flat fee of $15 per order if you're based in Australia/South Pacific. We use International Air. Delivery estimate: 2-5 working days from date of despatch.

Rest of World Delivery: a flat fee of $25 per order if you're based outside Oceania. We use International Air. Delivery estimate: 5-7 working days from date of despatch.

Pre-Order Terms: 

As we make everything to order, there will be a 2-3 week wait for pre-ordered garments to come back from our manufacturer. We'll keep you up to date as we get news back from our manufacturer.

To complete your order, a 50% deposit is due at time of order.  The balance will be requested when we receive the garment back from our manufacturer.  Postage will not be included in the 50% deposit, for garment,  it will be charged in 2nd installment.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please let us know asap. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged.

Exchanges:

If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange it for another size, please contact us at mardle.me@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of purchase and you will be sent a 'Return Authorisation number'(ra#) and instructions on returning the garment. Shipping costs back to Mardle will be your responsibility.  Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn, washed or damaged and that the tags are still in place, the new size will be despatched. Please note that you will not be charged additional delivery fees for the exchange.

If you receive a faulty product, please notify mardle.me@gmail.com immediately and the item will be exchanged for you. In the first instance, we will endeavour to repair the fault. If repair is not possible we will then replace the garment.

Please note exchanges will not be permitted after 7 days from the date of receiving your purchase.

Please ensure that all care and washing instructions on the garments purchased are strictly followed. We are not liable to exchange a garment that is faulty due to being incorrectly handled or due to 'wear and tear'.

Please note that as the tees are worn, the fabric will gradually soften with the surface of the fabric becoming slightly textured. This is due to the length of the Modal fibres in the fabric. It is not a fault and is unavoidable when using this high-quality Modal fabric. The print will also soften and fade ever so slightly due to the changing in the fabric texture becoming even softer and yummier to wear!

Refunds:

If you would like to return a purchase, please contact us at mardle.me@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of purchase and you will be sent a 'Return Authorisation number'(ra#) and instructions on returning the garment. Shipping costs back to Mardle will be the responsibility of the customer.  Once the customer has been sent a Returns Authorisation number, the item must be sent back within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn, washed or damaged and that the tags are still in place, the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the item by Mardle. Please note refunds will not be permitted after 7 days from the date of receiving your purchase. Refunds will not be accepted without a Returns Authorisation number.
